Subscriptions are paid by Visa or Mastercard, Kuwaiti bank cards with either logo included, and renew on the 25th of each month. KNET, Apple Pay and Google Pay pay for extra contacts. Prices are in Kuwaiti dinar.
Questions you may have
How much does it cost?
Nothing for the first two weeks on Basic: add a Visa or Mastercard to start, and nothing is charged before the trial ends. After that, Basic is 5 KWD a month, Pro 10 KWD and Business 12 KWD. Marketing agencies pay 3 KWD a month per client, each with its own workspace, once we approve their commercial licence. Need more active contacts in a month? Add 100 for 2 KWD, for that month only; more automations or people come with a bigger plan. Paying with KNET? Subscribe directly, without the trial. Cancel whenever you want; your data and channels stay.
Why do you ask for a card for the trial?
So the subscription carries on after the trial without a gap. Nothing is charged during the 14 days, you get an email three days before the first charge, and you can cancel in Settings before then.
What is an active contact?
Anyone an automation answers during the month. Someone who writes to you ten times counts once, and the count starts again on your renewal date each month.
What happens when I reach the limit?
We email you when 100 are left, and again when you reach it. Automations keep answering the people who already wrote this month; new people get no automatic reply until you add more, move to a bigger plan, or your plan renews. Their messages still arrive in the inbox.
Will this get my account flagged?
Every message goes through the platform’s own rules first: the messaging window, what the account may do, and the permissions you granted. If the platform would refuse a message, Links does not send it.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Pick a template or the quick automation, type your keywords, write the reply and publish. The flow builder is there if you want branches, delays or questions.
Can I give a gift to the first 100 people only?
Yes. Turn on "Only the first people" in the automation and set the number. Each person counts once, and the replies stop at the last place, even when many people comment at the same time. Everyone after them can get a message you write, like "The gifts are gone". The automation page shows the count, and a new round starts it from zero.
Does it really work in Arabic?
Yes. Keyword matching understands Arabic spelling (diacritics, أ and ا, ة and ه) and the whole app runs right to left. A customer can type ٩٩١٢٣٤٥٦ and it is saved as a proper phone number.
What happens when a customer needs a person?
Open the conversation and pause the automation. The bot stops for that person and you reply from the same inbox.
