1. The agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Ai Coded (“Ai Coded”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), which develops and operates Links at https://trylinks.io.

By creating a Links account, accessing the service, or using any Links feature, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Links on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Links.

2. About Links

Links is a multichannel messaging automation platform that allows businesses and creators to connect supported social media accounts and automate eligible customer interactions, including direct messages, comments, lead capture, inbox management, and related workflows.

Links is developed and operated by Ai Coded.

Links is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, TikTok, ByteDance, WhatsApp, or any other connected platform.

3. Your accounts and your content

You may only connect social media accounts, business accounts, or other platform accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

you have permission to connect the account;
you have authority to send messages or replies from that account;
your use of the account complies with the connected platform’s rules;
your workspace members have appropriate authorization.

You retain ownership of your content, including:

messages;
contacts;
automations;
custom fields;
tags;
templates;
uploaded information.

You grant Ai Coded only the rights reasonably necessary to host, store, process, transmit, and display that information in order to provide Links and the features you choose to use.

4. Connected platform rules

Your use of Links must comply with the terms, policies, developer rules, messaging rules, community standards, and other requirements of every platform you connect.

For Instagram, this may include Meta’s Platform Terms, Instagram’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, messaging policies, and developer requirements.

For TikTok, this may include TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, developer terms, and messaging requirements.

For any additional platform supported by Links, the terms and policies of that platform also apply.

You are responsible for complying with those requirements.

In particular, you must:

message or reply only where permitted by the connected platform;
comply with messaging windows, sending limits, consent requirements, and platform restrictions;
use private replies to comments only where permitted;
avoid contacting people who have not interacted with your business where the platform prohibits that activity;
disclose automated interactions where required by law or platform policy;
obtain any legally required consent before collecting personal data such as phone numbers or email addresses;
honor valid opt-out, blocking, deletion, and privacy requests;
avoid impersonating another person or business.

Links is designed to apply platform-specific restrictions and messaging rules where technically possible.

However, connected platforms may change their APIs, policies, limits, or enforcement behavior at any time.

Attempting to intentionally bypass or defeat restrictions implemented by Links or by a connected platform is prohibited.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Links to:

send unsolicited bulk messages or spam;
contact people in a way prohibited by the connected platform;
violate the terms, developer policies, or community standards of any connected platform;
impersonate another person, company, or organization;
misrepresent who is sending or controlling a message;
send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content;
distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful software;
collect personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary for your legitimate business interaction;
unlawfully collect sensitive personal information;
bypass messaging windows, rate limits, API restrictions, or platform controls;
interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Links;
reverse engineer Links except where applicable law expressly permits it;
scrape Links or connected platform data except through an API or feature expressly provided for that purpose;
resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized third-party access to Links;
use Links for surveillance, discrimination, or unlawful profiling;
use Links in any manner that could place Ai Coded’s access to a third-party platform at risk.

We may investigate suspected violations and may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Links, our users, connected platforms, or third parties.

6. Automation responsibility

You are responsible for the automations you create and activate.

This includes responsibility for:

the trigger conditions you configure;
the messages you send;
the timing of your automations;
the data you collect;
compliance with applicable law;
compliance with platform policies;
obtaining any required consent.

Links provides tools to automate actions, but Ai Coded does not approve, review, or endorse every message or automation created by a user.

You should test your automations before publishing them.

7. Third-party platforms

Instagram, Meta, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other connected services are operated by independent third parties.

Their services may:

become unavailable;
change functionality;
change API access;
change permissions;
change rate limits;
change messaging rules;
remove features;
suspend or terminate integrations.

These events may cause Links features to change, become temporarily unavailable, or stop working.

Ai Coded does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for changes made by them.

Where reasonably practical, we may provide notice when a material third-party platform change affects Links functionality.

8. Plans, billing, and payment

Links may offer free, trial, and paid plans.

The plans, features, limits, pricing, billing periods, and currencies available to you will be shown on the Links website or at checkout.

Paid subscriptions are generally billed in advance for the selected billing period.

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable after a billing period has started.

Subscriptions renew on the 25th of each month, Kuwait time. If you subscribe on another day, your first payment covers only the days until the next 25th, at one-thirtieth of the monthly price for each day; every renewal after that is the full monthly price.

If you move to a higher plan during a billing period, you pay the difference between the two monthly prices for the days left until the 25th, and the period keeps its end date.

If automatic renewal is enabled, your subscription renews automatically on each billing date until you stop it from the billing page.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date.

We may change prices, plans, usage limits, or included features.

Where required or reasonably appropriate, we will provide advance notice before a pricing change applies to an existing paid subscription.

9. Content creator plan

Links may offer a free plan to content creators who apply from the billing page and meet the rules shown there. When these Terms were last updated, the rules were:

more than 15,000 followers on the Instagram or TikTok account named in the application;
an active account with real engagement on its posts;
a saved payment card, where Links asks for one when you apply.

To decide an application, Links may read the follower count and the number of likes and comments on recent posts of an Instagram account you have connected, or review the account by hand. Links decides applications at its discretion.

An approved creator receives a personal referral link and code. A new customer who uses them gets the discount shown on the referral page, currently 20% off their first two months. A code cannot be used by the creator, by people in the creator’s workspaces, or by a customer who has already paid for a plan.

The creator plan stays free while both of these hold:

at least one customer who came through your link pays for a plan within 45 days of your approval;
your follower count, checked on the 24th of each month, stays above 15,000.

If either condition is not met, or if Links finds that the link was misused (for example, for accounts that are not separate, real customers), the creator plan ends on the next 25th and your workspace moves to the Basic plan at its price at that time. The saved card is charged, or you receive a payment link, as with any renewal. You can stop the renewal from the billing page before that date.

When you promote Links in return for the creator plan, you are responsible for disclosing that relationship where the law or the platform’s rules require it.

The creator plan has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Links may change or end the programme; a change applies to creators already in it from the 25th after we tell them by email.

10. Taxes

Prices may exclude taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for taxes applicable to your purchase or use of Links, except taxes based on Ai Coded’s net income.

11. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Links available, secure, and reliable.

However, we do not guarantee that Links will always be:

uninterrupted;
error-free;
available at a particular time;
compatible with every browser, device, or connected platform.

We may perform maintenance, updates, security work, or infrastructure changes.

Where practical, planned maintenance that materially affects service availability may be announced in advance.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for:

product development;
security;
legal compliance;
platform policy compliance;
technical limitations;
third-party API changes.

12. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Links account.

You must:

protect your login credentials;
use secure authentication;
keep workspace access limited to authorized people;
notify us if you believe your account has been compromised;
promptly remove team members who should no longer have access.

You must not attempt to obtain another user’s credentials, access tokens, or private workspace information.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Links at any time.

Where available, you may cancel your subscription, disconnect channels, or request deletion of your workspace.

We may suspend or restrict your account where we reasonably believe that:

you have violated these Terms;
your use is unlawful;
your activity creates a security risk;
your activity risks suspension of Ai Coded’s access to a connected platform;
payment is overdue;
continued access could harm Links, another user, or a third party.

Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason for the suspension unless doing so would create a security risk, violate law, or conflict with a third-party platform requirement.

We may terminate access for serious or repeated violations.

14. Data after termination

Deletion and retention of information after account termination or workspace deletion are governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy.

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

15. Intellectual property

Links, including its software, interface, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by Ai Coded or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Links to you.

You may use Links only for the purposes permitted by your plan and these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from Links except where expressly permitted by us or required by applicable law.

16. Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Links, you allow Ai Coded to use that feedback to improve or develop the service without an obligation to compensate you.

This does not transfer ownership of your confidential business information or content to us.

17. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Links is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Ai Coded does not guarantee that:

Links will meet every business requirement;
every automation will execute without interruption;
third-party platforms will continue supporting a specific feature;
every message will be delivered;
all third-party APIs will remain available;
Links will be completely free from bugs or errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ai Coded will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from the use of Links.

This may include:

lost profits;
lost revenue;
lost business opportunities;
reputational loss;
loss caused by a third-party platform suspension or API change;
loss caused by failed or delayed message delivery;
loss of information where a user was reasonably able to maintain their own copy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ai Coded’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to Links during any 12-month period will not exceed the amount you paid to Ai Coded for Links during that same 12-month period.

If applicable law does not allow a particular limitation or exclusion, that limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

19. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or costs arising from:

your unlawful use of Links;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of a connected platform’s rules;
content or messages you send through Links;
your collection or use of customer information;
your infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not apply where responsibility cannot lawfully be transferred to you.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If a change materially affects existing users, we may provide notice through:

the Links interface;
email;
the Links website.

The updated Terms will show a revised “Last updated” date.

If applicable law requires consent to a particular change, we will request it where required.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the courts of the State of Kuwait will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Links.
